This is the Manhattan skyline, as seen from Jersey City, at night.

NYC is impressive in many ways. And Manhattan is definitely the most impressive part of NYC. In many people’s minds, Manhattan is NYC; and deservedly so, I think; the concentrated scale/expansiveness of Manhattan is literally awesome.

If only I had had a longer lens, at the time. If you go, definitely don’t go with just a 24mm prime.

I so so want to go back and make more images in and of NYC. (And I so so fear that, when I’ll finally go again, something won’t line-up and I’ll be disappointed.)
