Just Another Sunrise

To me —and, hopefully, to many of you— this image is literally breathtaking.

What I find really interesting, though, is thinking about how not-at-all-special of an image it is, for the people living there — for whom this is ”just another sunrise”.

Of course, this is true for many sights; and, in fact, for many things in general. But, for some reason, when I look at this image, this thought is particularly present in my mind.
